“When we arrived at the hotel, we were in shock at how run down the hotel was. The hotel sign looked like a tornado tore it apart! Everything was ripped off of the sign. From the outside of the hotel, you could see ripped curtains and broken windows. The hotel looked deserted. There was a letter size piece of paper TAPED on the glass door to the hotel that listed a phone number to call to check in!! I have never been to a hotel that's had a NOTE in a door with instructions to CALL a number to...

“A great stay. Nice quiet neighborhood near the RR tracks. Convenient to the downtown, restaurants and shops. Clean, comfortable.”

“We had a very comfortable stay while attending our niece’s wedding near Grand Rapids, Ohio. Your welcome basket was enjoyed as well as refreshing drinks in the fridge. The beds were very comfortable. The antique stores in Grand Rapids were an added bonus. ”

“Bring slippers, carpet will make your feet or socks black. Staff are super friendly. Beds are comfortable and clean. Bathroom had some mildew stains on the caulk but that’s an easy fix. Breakfast is good enough for free. It consisted of plain omelet with cheese, sausage links, yogurt and cereal and some bread to make toast with. Parking is good, plenty of space.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hallways were dirty, the elevator was covered in fingerprints and did not appear clean at all, and the room had several maintenance issues. The toilet was leaking, the shower head was leaking, and the exhaust fan was extremely loud. Breakfast was okay overall, but I strongly recommend avoiding the pancake machine — the pancakes were coming out raw inside. Definitely not the level of cleanliness and maintenance we expected.”

“We will definitely be coming back! The views, cleanliness, and proximity to the state park would be hard to beat. I especially loved how you can watch the sunset over the farmland on one side, while there’s the beautiful lake on the other. ”

“We absolutely loved your rental. It was beautiful, luxury and peaceful. We had a great Father's Day celebration and enjoyed all the amenities and had wonderful family time. We love the country feel and quiet area. We would definitely highly recommend this rental to anyone and plan on. Hopefully getting to come back soon. #GoBlue”
